3/4 cup light corn syrup.1 1/2 cups natural peanut butter, such as CB’s Nuts.
1 cup coarsely chopped roasted peanuts, such as CB’s Nuts.
3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.Freeze until very cold, about 15 minutes.
Transfer to a food processor, and process until very finely chopped, about 10 seconds.Add egg yolks, egg, softened butter, 1 tablespoon salt and 2 teaspoons roasted garlic.
